Disaster Relief & Emergency Humanitarian Support

Natural disasters are unpredictable and can cause devastating damage to communities, livelihoods, and the environment. Cyclones, floods, and other extreme weather events can leave thousands of families struggling without food, clean drinking water, safe shelter, and basic necessities.
Over the years, several coastal regions of eastern India have experienced severe cyclones and flooding. These disasters have destroyed homes, damaged agricultural lands, disrupted transportation, and forced many families to leave their villages. People and their domestic animals are often left without adequate shelter or essential resources.
Ramakrishna Memorial Trust is committed to supporting communities during these difficult times. Our relief activities focus on providing immediate assistance and helping affected families recover from the impact of natural disasters.
Our volunteers and support teams work to provide essential services, including:
Clearing fallen trees and debris to restore road access.
Distributing safe drinking water and essential food supplies.
Providing one-week emergency ration kits to affected families.
Supplying sanitary pads and personal hygiene essentials to women.
Arranging tarpaulin sheets and temporary shelter materials for homeless families.
Supporting vulnerable people and communities with basic emergency necessities.
